The Creator

So, first thing I did this week, a complete shot of The Creator, one of the X-Gen Knights' main villains. The man formerly known as the priest Emmanuel, had his latent mutant abilities awakened during a traumatic incident at a church. As a result, he interpreted these powers as a "divine awakening" and convinced himself that he is in fact the physical incarnation of god.
Hiis powers are basically telepathy and telekinesis, but they are very powerful, to the extent that he can reach telepathically every human mind on the planet, grant sentience to lesser life forms, effortlessly erase, implant or rearrange memories and/or entire minds, or "disconnect" brains (effectively killing the target). His telekinesis doesn't fall behind his telepathy in prowess and aside from moving larger objects such as aircraft carriers and entire buildings effortlessly, and affecting smaller objects as cells or genetic material, he can interact with matter at a subatomic level, rearranging matter into whatever he needs at the time, thus being able to create things from thin air, or doing the inverse, being able to destabilize matter and turn it into energy. His psychokinesis also lets him interact with energy and manipulating it into different forms (electricity, magnetism, heat, kinetic energy, radiation, etc), and be used as a medium of transportation via levitation or teleportation.
So, you see, the extent of his abilities is really limited by his own imagination, which is dangerous enough, because, as a deluded man with a messianic complex, he imagines he can do pretty much anything; but also by a tumor on his cerebral cortex which is slowly killing him, but he cannot heal himself of his tumor, because it's the source of his powers.
