Description
The man unable to love himself fights constantly to protect the woman he loves.
Weaver, the animal of the team, the constant berserker, whose reasons to fight are mainly because he likes to fight and partly out of a deathwish, and incidentally, to protect people. His penchant for charging head on into any fight annoy his teammates to no end, and cause a lot of angst and dissapointment to Soulspark, because not only she has to patch him up after he invariably gets broken in over a dozen ways, but because she feels it's her fault he keeps fighting, though she would like a man that would live for her instead of someone who is willing to die for her and will do so any day now if he keeps going in the same direction.
Inspired partially by Rei Ayanami's line "One who truly hates himself cannot love, he cannot place his trust in another."
And, of course, by my most recent streak of self-loathing and... eh, sadness or something. In fact, I drew this as a result of B-induced insomnia.
