Cryolophosaurus

Everyone who draws dinosaurs here has done this guy at least once... So, I figured it was about timeI joined the crowd and drew one. This one is based slightly on ~Archosaurian's skeletal reconstruction found here: [link] I used a mix between a snow leopard and a snowy owl for the outer plumage and its design.
Cryolophosaurus ("frozen-crested lizard") is the first carnivore dinosaur known from Antrctica and the first one named from the continent. It was a primitive theropod that featured an unusual crest that ran perpendicular to the skull line. The only known specimen is estimated at 6-6.5 metres long.
